When Kayden Hylls (letseatcakeXx) hooked up with Josephiell, a hung Latino in New York, they invited the appropriately named Boy 9 (boy9_xxx) to join them. Kayden gets spit-roasted and thoroughly re-plumbed – ending up a very happy camper. There's even a lovely creampie for dessert.
